U27 board
The U27 Early Warning Sign is used to warn drivers of approaching a dangerous location. It is placed at a distance of 400 m in front of the dangerous place. It is used only on expressways.
Freestanding or mountable whiteboard
- Dimensions of the board 1500×2500 mm (according to the technical conditions for road signs and signals DZ. U.220 of 23.12.2003). The board is divided into two parts (bottom and top).
- The structure is made of hot-dip galvanized steel profiles.
- Galvanized or aluminum sheet, covered with yellow-green prismatic reflective-fluorescent foil.
- In the upper part of the board, you can place characters from groups A and B (e.g. A14 and B33)
- In the upper part of the board there is a set of two lamps (simultaneous flash) with a lampshade diameter of ɸ300, LED, L9H.
- In the lower part of the board, signs from group F are placed (narrowing of the road – right and left side), the F sign can be superimposed or rotated.
- For transportation, the top of the board can be unscrewed from the bottom of the board.
- In the assembly version – manual assembly of the upper part of the board with the support of gas-spring actuators.
- Battery box.
