International Baltic Road Conference 2025

The Baltic Road Association (BRA) was established in 2014 in Estonia as a non-profit organization. It continues the collaboration between the road administrations of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, which began in 1989. Additionally, it serves as a continuation of the cooperation initiated in 1932.

The main goal of the Baltic Road Association (BRA) is to foster opportunities for mutual collaboration, such as:

Conducting joint research;

Coordinating the activities of technical expert groups;

Organizing seminars on topics of shared interest;

Hosting the International Baltic Road Conference every four years;

Participating in the alignment process of EU road sector legislation, when necessary;

Collaborating with other related international organizations.

The presidency of the BRA rotates every four years. From 2021 to 2025, Lithuania holds the presidency. This period will culminate in an international conference and exhibition, summarizing Lithuania’s leadership activities during its term.

The Baltic Road Association aims to strengthen cooperation through joint road research, coordination of technical expert activities, organization of joint seminars and international conferences, and collaboration with other international organizations.
